Our company have many year experience in Manufacturing all kinds of tilt bucket,we did lots of improvements in the designing and manufacturing of tilt bucket, our tilt bucket is high quality and very durable.
In rugged work condition,If the excavator have a tilt bucket,do not need to move often for adjusting position.It's convenient and high efficient.It will be very popular in the future.
Our tilt bucket have follow advantages:
1. Avaliable for all kinds of width for tilt bucket.eg:for this Hitachi ZX120 excavator tilt bucket,you can select the width as your project requirements.Width can be 1000~1800mm.We promise the stucture is durable for all kinds of width.
2. Most of our tilt buckets,except the small machine tilt buckets,are two cylinders design,keep the balanced structure,balanced structure much more durable
3. We usually use Hardox450 as the cutting edge of out tilt bucket,Hardox450 is high hardness steel.If do not use Hardox as the cutting edge of the tilt bucket,we will adopt bolted cutting edge.

4.We have cylinder protection guard for cylinder.
5. All our pins is harden pins,and we prepare bushing for all pins,and each pin&bushing have grease seals.
6. For main pin(connect pick-up-head to mainbody),we double sealed for greace at both side.

-Multi-excavating.
-Handling soft material
