Mobile ramp also called Yard ramp,Container ramp,Truck ramp,Forklift ramp etc.
It's placed in&near warehouse,with ramp,forklift can be driven into container or truck directly,convenient for loading and unloading.
Ramp's height is adjustable,so can fit for all kinds of trucks and containers.
We have many years experience in designing and customize the dock ramp as per customer’s requirement.
This kind of mobile ramp have bigger front platform,we customize it as customer requirements.
Because customer's cargo is very big size,before the forklift enter into container&truck,much keep the forklift with cargo in a horizontal level,So we customize a longer front platform for customer.

1. Two solid tyres provide excellent traction without worry of puncture.
2. Main structure is using square pipe weldingt together.
3. Ramp mesh is standard steel mesh,welded on the main structure,can enhence the structure
4. Two safety chain secure the fixing between ramp and truck&container
5. Manual hydrulic pump help to adjust the height of the ramp.
6. Have forklift hook,convenient to move it.
7. Guard rail(curb) provide safety and direction for forklift movement.
8. The dimension for every part can be customized to suit to actual demand.
9. This bigger platform ramp,have longer(3500mm) front platform,under the platform,have 4pcs legs to keep balance.
Note in operating:
The cylinder much be release pressue in loading&unloading.
The cylinder's function is help to adjust the height of ramp,can not bear the weight of forklift and cargos.
